Please note that on occasions in Greece, extreme weather conditions may cause water and/or electricity supply interruptions. Services are usually restored as soon as possible.

Changeover day

Saturday. In low season, flexibility may be available upon request.

End of stay cleaning

Yes. Guests are required to leave the villa clean and tidy. Complimentary daily cleaning and linen change twice per week included.

Insurance

Guests must hold valid insurance covering cancellations, personal belongings, liability and accidental damage during their stay.

Internet access

Complimentary Wi-Fi included. Speed depends on local provider and technical conditions.

Tourist Climate Tax

The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax. This will be collected in cash by your property manager: March–October: €15 per night per unit, November–February: €4 per night per unit
